The Account Validation API lets you verify U.S. account ownership and risk-level before setting up a transfer. You’ll start by requesting an encryption key, which you’ll then use for your account validation request.Currently, this API only supports U.S. savings and deposit accounts.

Field-Level Encryption service
In addition, our services implement end-to-end field-level encryption for the services dealing with customer’s sensitive data like Social Security Number, classified as Personally Identifying Information (PII). The PII data must comply with the Payment Card Industry. For more details on the Encryption service click here.
Note: For using Account Validation API service, client request must flow field-level encryption as the swagger. Bank will respond with field-level encryption for the fields described in the swagger.

Do I need additional APIs to verify account ownership?
Apart from the Account Validation API to verify account ownership, you’ll also need the Authorize API to give your account secure access to our servers and the Encryption API to protect sensitive information from end-to-end.
Which types of U.S. accounts are currently supported?
Currently, this API only supports U.S. savings and deposit accounts.
